The consultant and staff were very pleasant but I think it would be good practice to ask patients if they mind having an audience for a colorectal examination. I would've said OK but it would've been respectful to have been asked.

He ( My dad) has been a patient with Urology dept since Sept. 2013.
He has always received very good care, the nursing/consultants always explain everything to him.
Since having sepsis in July 2014 (in patient at Kings Hosp for 14 wks). His mobility has has been impaired and requires help transfering and uses a wheelchair. Everybody is very kind, patient and treats him with dignity.

All staff, medical and otherwise have been very polite, helpful, understanding and always professional. I could'nt fault anything.
